Tayside Branch was formed in 1992 and since then has remained a strong and supportive group although we are always seeking new members to join us.

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at the Woodlands Hotel, Panmure Terrace, Broughty Ferry, Dundee commencing at 7.30pm and we thank the management of the Woodlands Hotel for allowing us use of a room plus tea/coffee and biscuits free of charge.

Our Syllabus includes interesting talks and demonstrations, plus occasional visits and social gatherings.   In 2002 Tayside Branch hosted the Association’s 21^st Birthday Annual Convention at the Invercarse Hotel which was attended by 128 delegates.

Fund-raising – one of the objectives of the Association is to raise money for local charities and in 2007 we donated £900 to the MS Society.

Our nominated charity for 2008 is “Caring for the Elderly”.   A Coffee Morning held in June raised £886 and a Quiz Night is arranged for 22^nd September.
