ANNUAL CONVENTION & PROGRAMME

          8 - 10TH OCTOBER 2010

Hosted by Tyne and Wear Branch

                         PRESIDENT:    Christine Morgan

Dear Friend

I am pleased to enclose details of the 2010 Annual Convention to be held in Durham City from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th October 2010.  The theme this year will be the “Satin & Pearls Convention”.

Our chosen charity is Grace House North East Children’s Hospice Appeal.

We look forward to welcoming you all to the historic City of Durham, known as “The Land of the Prince Bishops”.

The Convention is being held at the Radisson Hotel on the banks of the River Wear, a luxury 4 star hotel, with an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and spa.  It is just minutes from Durham railway station which is on the main East Coast line and within easy reach of the A1(M).  There is ample car parking on site (nominal charge payable).  The hotel is within walking distance of the Town Hall and Market Square where there are many cafes, pubs and restaurants.
